Welcome to Mickeyville! This beautiful and cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom family vacation home is located in the heart of Kissimmee, less than 5 miles from Disney and all the fun that awaits. It is right where you want to be for fast and easy travel to all of the Disney parks, Universal, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and more! After a day spent making memories with your family and friends, you can relax and continue the fun in the private pool, watch a movie, or play a game of pool or ping pong.

The space

This spacious, family-friendly home includes new carpets, new furniture in all of the bedrooms and new Mickey and Disney themed rooms! Pool/ping pong table, private screened-in pool, fast Wi-Fi, and free Netflix access in the family room are just a few of the amenities my home has to offer. The home is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood just blocks away from US 192 which is lined with many restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s the closest you can be to Disney without actually staying in a Disney property.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home including the garage and private screened-in pool.

General House Rules and Extra Fees:
– Pool Heating (optional) – $35/day (must request and submit payment in advance)
– Late Checkout Fee – $80
– Any Damage – Cost of replacing items plus 10%
– Smoking inside (of any kind) – $250
– Extra cleaning fee – $50

Guests are provided with a starter supply of the main necessities to get them started with their stay. This includes hotel size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap bar) in each bathroom as well as a toilet paper per bathroom. Also provided is a roll of paper towel, new sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, a few trash bags, and some laundry detergent.
